The One Foot story

What is life coaching?

It only takes a baby step...

What is life coaching?  Many of my new clients ask me this very question. In reality, life coaching is about courage. The courage to get real about where you are and where you want to be - better yet, where God wants you to be.  It's about finding possibilities on the road ahead.  Life coaching is discovering and taking the next step toward finding and living in your God-given passion.  Life coaching is a partnership where you trust me, as your coach,  to partner with you to help you get strategic when it comes to accomplishing your goals, walk with you as you discover and make the changes you need to live out your passion, and step into the purpose God designed you for.  I'm not an expert on your life, but I'm an expert on how people change and can help you change your life one step at a time.  When you work with me, we'll develop a partnership where we walk together to clarify your calling, set goals, and accomplish the next step in your life journey.

My Typical Clients:

  • Have a faith foundation
  • Believe that they have a calling and purpose from God to fulfill
  • Are open to the coaching process
  • Are seeking clarity on their life direction
  • Are willing to explore what it means to walk in courageous faith

The Impact of coaching

Life coaching can empower you to change your life with passion and purpose by helping you:

understand your life purpose

align your life and values

identify obstacles and develop ways to overcome them

create goals and action plans to move forward

About Danielle

Christian Life Coach Maple Grove

Hey there!  I know what it's like to want to change your life and my motto is it It only takes one baby step at a time to get there.  I didn't always believe that. For years, my fears were the boundaries that kept me in a life I felt stuck in. I knew I needed a change - I just had no idea how to make that change and truly transform my life.

Through the ups and downs of my journey and a couple of career transitions, I've learned to change my life by discovering my calling, taking small next steps to move toward God's purpose for me, and learning that our calling is sometimes the bravest thing you and I can embrace in life.

I'm a certified life coach through Learning Journeys, The International School of Coaching which not only prepared me to be your coach, but also helped me to design a life I love. I also hold an M.A. in Theological Studies from Bethel Seminary in St. Paul.  Everything I do is focused on my passion of  helping women find the courage to change their life one step at a time.

When I'm not coaching, you can find me writing on my blog, writing for others as a freelance copywriter, riding my bike on the trails of Minnesota, and hanging our with my Morkie dog named Moose.
